I find the videos that the White House puts out at Christmas time to be particularly embarassing and worthless. I mean, Barney is a very cute Scottish terrier but don't the people in the video have better things to do? In the 2006 video, not only are there appearances by all of the top Bushies but there's even a cameo by Emmit Smith. Maybe it's a cultural thing and I just don't get it because there's no state-sponsored Hanukkah video. Or maybe it really is a waste of time and resources to make a nearly 10 minute video of a stupid little dog hanging with Bush's incompetent friends.
