New Rule

New Rule: Get over it. Yes, Britney Spears shaved her head. Such a travesty is horrible, I'm sure anyone would agree. Who knew that Britney was just a little off? But here's the thing. Britney Spears cut her hair (albeit, unusually) and it occupies the news for days. Thousands of people are dying every day in Iraq, Darfur, Afghanistan, and Palestine and the United States is obsessing over the loss of Britney's locks. Big fucking deal. No one is asking about Bush's latest attempts to undermine the Bill of Rights - instead, they are gazing awestruck at Britney's baldness. I can't speak for everyone...but I personally do not give a rat's ass about Britney Spears' hairstyle. I, in fact, find it vastly unimportant and wildly shallow. So, new rule: all ya'll have got to take a deep breath, shed your last tears, and get over it already. It will grow back. The US soldiers in Iraq need your attention much more than she does (regardless, of how much she clearly wants it).
