New Rule
New rule: Ithaca must plow the streets when it snows. There is nothing new about snow in Ithaca, so why does it take a nearly a day to start the plowing process? Considering that half the streets are on a 75-degree incline, you'd think the city would plow as soon as a storm starts. Ok, so maybe some of the main streets are plowed, but how many people really live on a main street? In order to get to a safe driving surface, I have to swerve down an icy slip-and-slide and then blast into the intersection below. Not safe.
