Most Public Bathroom Design Makes No Sense

New Rule: Fix hand drying mechanisms in public bathrooms. Next time anyone is about to design a new public bathroom facility, consider the stupidity of one of those paper towel dispensers and come up with something better. The big issue with hand dryage in public bathrooms is you've got wet hands from washing, and the dispenser is undoubtedly above the height of one's shoulders. Thus, one raises his/her hand above one's head to start rolling out the towel, and water begins to drip and progressively soak an arm's length. Now that you've got cool water in your armpit, the rough brown-paper-bag "towel" is useless. You might as well skip the sink and towel dispenser idea altogether and give out mini Purell instant hand sanitizer.
